Your access to and use of this Website is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to everyone, including but not limited to visitors, users and others, who wish to access and use the Website.

To the extent rules or guidelines affecting your use of the Sites are found on other pages of our Sites, those rules and guidelines (including our Privacy Policy) are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use. By using our Sites, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you should immediately cease all usage of our Sites.

Health Disclaimer

This Website does not provide weight loss management or advice. Hangry Meals is not a medical organization and we cannot give you medical advice or diagnosis. Nothing contained in this Website should be construed as such advice or diagnosis. You are advised to seek the advice of a physician before beginning any weight loss effort or regimen.

Purchases

To effectuate a purchase, you will be asked to supply your credit card number, expiration date, CCV, and billing address.

All payments shall be processed immediately through a third-party service. We are not responsible for the retention or safety of your billing information that is collected by the third-party service.

You hereby represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) in connection with any purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: product or service availability, error(s) in your order, or for any other reason.

We have the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. If fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected, we have the right to contact law enforcement to report the above actions and to provide your information.

Online Store Terms

You are responsible for payment of your order by means of a payment option made available through Hangry Meals Site at the time of ordering. Before you submit an order, you must provide a valid form of accepted payment to use with your order. Hangry Meals will charge, and you authorize Hangry Meals to charge, the payment method you specify at the time you place the order. Hangry Meals reserves the right to seek pre-authorization of your payment card account prior to final purchase to verify the payment card is valid. You understand that: Hangry Meals reserves the right to change the prices displayed through the Hangry Meals Site and applicable fees or surcharges at any time. Prices for menu items do not include applicable taxes, and fees, or related surcharges. Charges paid for completed orders are final and non-refundable. Hangry Meals has no obligation to provide refunds or credits but may grant them, at our sole discretion.

Minimum order amounts may apply for orders placed through the Hangry Meals Website. Any applicable taxes and fees, delivery and service fees, or other related surcharges due in connection with your order will be identified when you place your order. There may be limits on the dollar values and number of orders that may be placed through the Hangry Meals Site.

If we ask for information in order to fulfill your order, agree to provide us with complete and accurate information.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver throughout the day on the nominated delivery day(s). Because of this, we run a fairly tight delivery schedule and are unable to delay other deliveries if you arrive late.

Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled meal delivery. As a courtesy to us, please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to pick up your meals as scheduled, or will be late.

Deliveries

We only deliver to predetermined locations and times nominated on our site. During the ordering and checkout process, you will need to select the delivery location and time.

We aim to deliver on schedule. However, if circumstances arise that are beyond our reasonable control, then we may not be able to do so and are not be liable to you or any other person for any such delays or changes. In this instance, we will provide you with notice of the change or delay as soon as reasonably possible.

Hangry Meal Prep accepts no liability or responsibility for incorrectly placed orders. Nor do we accept liability or responsibility for delivery details which are incorrectly supplied, or you fail to supply.

You understand that Hangry Meal Prep may need to change your delivery date and time from time to time. We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable if your delivery date and time changes for any reason.

Please note that you are responsible for reviewing your Hangry Meals upon delivery and inspecting all of the items contained within for any defects or other problems upon delivery.

You will be responsible for your order from the time we deliver your products to your chosen pickup location. We accept no liability or responsibility for any product once the product has been delivered to you or dropped off in the freezer at your chosen pickup location.

Ownership of the goods transfers to you once we have delivered them to your nominated pickup location. Authority to leave meals in our freezer space at your nominated location is required for all orders.

Freezer Space at Delivery Locations

Most of our delivery locations have a small amount of freezer space available. We utilize this space to leave meals for customers that are unable to pickup up their meals at the designated time and location.

Freezer space and delivery are only available on a preapproved basis as space is limited. We try to accommodate, but cannot guarantee that freezer space will be available.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds in any scenario. This includes non-deliveries. Our full refund policy can be found here.

Additional Policies

Your purchase of products on our Sites may be subject to additional terms and conditions which may be presented to you when you make a purchase.

Cross Contamination Risk

Please Note: Hangry Meals items may contain or may have been prepared in a facility that also processes dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, soy or tree nuts.

Registration On Our Site

Certain features of our Sites (such as making a purchase) may require you to register by providing your personal information, such as your name, e-mail address, credit card number, and other information. You may also wish to register on our Sites to receive information, subscribe to email lists, or enter a promotion.

If you wish to register on our Sites, you agree to provide accurate information about yourself as required by the applicable registration form. You also agree that you will only register one account on the site. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of our Sites if we discover that you have violated these Terms of Use. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect the confidentiality of your account data.

As a condition of your right to use the Sites, you represent that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract and that you are not a person barred from visiting the Sites and accessing the Content under the laws of the United States or other country.
